How do I place an order?
Once you’ve found a product you want to buy, click the “Add to basket” button to add it to your purchases.
The item will now be shown in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. The total cost of selections in the shopping basket is calculated automatically. VAT is included and delivery to the UK mainland is charged appropriately, based on the size and weight of your order. You can keep shopping until you are ready to pay. Each item is added automatically to the total so that you always see how much you have spent.
When you’ve finished shopping, click the link in the top right-hand corner of the page which will take you through our simple and secure payment process. The first time you use the store you will be asked to create an account. This will enable you to check the status of your order and will also make your future shopping more convenient. In addition, you can create wish lists once you have an account.
At what times can I call the help and order line?
The helpline is open from 09.00am to 19.00pm GMT Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 17.00pm on Saturdays. If you call, please leave your name and number and a member of our Customer Services Team will call you back as soon as possible.
Will my credit card details be secure?
Our secure payment page is handled by PayPal. We do not receive your credit card details, only confirmation that your payment has been authorised. PayPal security systems are renowned for their effectiveness. They comply with the most stringent requirements so your card details are completely secure.
What happens to my personal, contact information?
Can I return goods if I change my mind or if they are faulty?
Don’t worry if you need to return a product because HARTZAK.com has a 30 Day refunds and returns policy. If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, we will refund your money. If you have ordered something by mistake or just changed your mind, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the product is in the same condition as originally supplied. Faulty products or clothing items that do not fit can also be returned for an exchange or refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
