Returns, Shipping and Refunds
European regulations give you the right to cancel an order within 7 days for a refund without giving a reason. If the order has already been despatched, the refund will be made once the product has been returned to our Returns Department. Any shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. HARTZAK.com, however, goes a lot further than required by law. If you have ordered something by mistake or just changed your mind, you may return it to us via Free-post in the UK for an exchange or refund within 30 DAYS from the date of purchase provided the product is unused and unopened. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will be happy to supply an exchange or a refund less any shipping charges. We will not refund commission taken from the payment system. All purchases are made in UK Pounds Sterling and the refund amount will be in that currency or equivalent currency exchange at the time of the refund.
If an item of clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t quite the colour you expected, you can still return it for an exchange or in-store credit. When trying on shorts to check out the colour and fit, please keep your underwear on, just in case you need to return it. For clothing items you must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
As long as the tags and labels are intact, return the unwanted item, unused and unlaundered, and we will supply an alternative or an in-store credit. If the above conditions have not been met, or we suspect the goods have been used, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.
Returning from outside the European Union
If you wish to return items to us from outside the UK our returns policy is the same. All we ask is that if you are an international customer you pay for the postage both ways. If the item is faulty we will give you in-store credit for the value of the postal cost when we send you a replacement item.
If a product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and shipping
We use Royal Mail for shipping our products to you. Once you order a product from us and are prompted to enter in your shipping information your actual shipping cost will automatically be calculated based on the ship to address. Given we mainly "Print on Demand" as orders come in - we offer 1st Class for shipping and some orders can take 7 to 10 business days to fill. If your order is urgent, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for expedited shipping options, if they are available.
International (Outside European Union)
We ONLY ship via Royal Mail for all international orders, and our shipping calculator will give you and accurate cost based on weight and destination. Expedited shipping is not available on international orders. Tracking numbers are NOT available for international orders since countries outside of the EU are not connected to Royal Mail, however we can offer delivery sign for international packages. International items are subject to customs processing and import fees and sometimes, additional charges. The postage cost does not cover these charges, taxes or additional fees. International delivery can take up to 6 weeks to some destinations.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of our receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. Refunds will not be paid in cash. Refunds will not be made on items lost in the post. A replacement order will be sent free of charge. HARTZAK.com will not be liable for items lost in the post that are ordered from outside the U.K. and do not use destination tracking or ‘signed for’ services.
To return an item, please get in touch by clicking here and filling out our contact form, stating your order reference and reasons for wanting to return your item(s). HARTZAK.com cannot accept liability for any returns which get damaged or lost in the post.
Don’t worry if you need to return a product because HARTZAK.com Online has a 30 Days Returns Policy. If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, we will refund your money. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date you bought it.
Faulty products or clothing items that do not fit can be returned for an exchange or refund also within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please beware that this policy is for online transactions only. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
